Penny "Stott" Martin is trying to coordinate a "mini" reunion in August 2007.  Send her an email if you have questions or ideas...

"Just wanted you all to know I have made contact with the club at Ft. Monroe.  Every Saturday night in August was taken.  I penciled in the first Friday night in August.  The catering manager said that we could have the room on the right and down the ramp which IS on the water and has doors leading to the deck which means we won't have to go through the main dining room to get outside.  There will already be a band there so we won't have to hire a DJ.  (Thanks Sam, I hope the offer of your friend is still good in two and a half more  years.)  I think we can go for $25 per person and have heavy stuff (you KNOW I can't spell that word!).  Let me know if any of you are interested in doing this.  This will be a very informal gathering; no directory, no planned program; just an opportunity to get together.   Five years is just too long in between.

We just want to see if there is any interest.  I have not e-mailed a lot of folks, just those who pop up when I am putting in addresses or those that I can remember!   I just thought a general consensus before we make a decision that costs money would be good.

October 2005

The 39th-40th Reunion held in October 2005 was a great opportunity to renew old friendships and even make a few new ones. Friends forever bound by our memorable days at KHS; the beginning that brought us to distant places selecting diverse paths. Today we share great memories from our KHS days and continue to renew these times through our treasured reunions.

We Remember Deceased Classmates

Since we were known as 'early pioneers' we should expect great things from this forum. We need input from everyone, and what a great place to keep up. Inquisitive minds need to know!! As I remember, we were quite social in those early 60's and certainly we have improved with age......
